You get instant access to all (available) information when you are a subscriber. There are three types of subscriptions. And you can subscribe easy by using the 'subscribe now' button or hyperlink. Access to some information depends on the type of subscription. Agencies. I want to register my agency. To register a marriage/dating agency with Russian/Ukrainian/Belarus ladies you go to the agency section. Select 'Profile'. Then search for your agency in our database. If your agency isn't listed, click 'Register'. If your agency is listed (with an correct email address), fill in this email address and we'll send you a password to enter your Agencies profile. Archive. I've subscribed. Why don't I have access to all stories? Every subscription is valid from the moment your payment has been accepted and you have access to the welcome page. Depending on the type of subscription, you have instant access to the archives with stories, up to three months back (see the matrix at the three special subscriptions page). Older stories are sold for EUR 3,90 each. They have to be printed out immediate, if you want to store them.   Benefits. How can I make use of the benefits? Login with your email address and password. Then each benefit is two clicks away. 1.) Click at the benefit page on the name of the agency. 2.) At the agencies page you click on the email address. Write and send your email with in the subject line the confidential B(enefit)-code. For some benefits specific rules apply, they will be published at the benefit page. Cancel. How can I cancel/modify my subscription? To cancel/modify a subscription, login with your email address and password. Click 'my account' at your welcome page. Then choose the product/service you want to cancel/modify, click the button. You will be directed to your Pay Pal account. Login and go to 'subscriptions' and execute your choice. After reloading your HDRM.com session you can monitor the new settings at 'my account'. Credit card data. Are my financial data secure? Your financial data are secured by PayPal.com, an eBay company. HDRM.com doesn't receive or hasn't any access to your credit card information. And our servers are located at a safe place in the Netherlands. WARNING Never respond to email messages that ask for your Credit Card information, stored at Pay Pal. These messages are spoof messages. Pay Pal will never ask for your data after your first, safe online session with them. Competition. How is the price winner drawn? The number of questionnaires and/or the quality of review(s) a subscriber sends in, is important. Back office the respondent's information is compared with the online published Survey Results. The individual opinion that reflects the Survey Results best, leads to the price winner. The competition is held each year. Dating. How to date my soul mate from Russia/Ukraine/Belarus or other FSU-countries? This depends on your wishes. And you will find relevant information in the HDRM-database by subscribing. We wish you pleasant and interesting reading. Email. How can I send a message to a lady? When you have subscribed, a message field is shown, under the information at the ladies profile page. Here you can type or paste your message and send it. She will receive your message (directly or by one of our agents). Your profile number is published at the bottom of each email you sent. We advise ladies to look up your profile and send reply to you. Male profiles. What's the use of publishing my profile? Every male subscriber of HDRM.com can anonymously send messages to ladies. But the ladies will reply better to men who have published their profile (photo's). Besides, the girls who are seriously interested in you, will value your information the way you value theirs. So, the best way to receive response and remain anonymous is to publish your profile. My soul mates. What's the difference between 'Search' and 'My soul mates/Search'? You have two options to search. 1.) Select the 'Soul mates' link in navigation menu and 'Search'. The search criteria will not be saved. 2.) On the 'welcome page' you select: 'My soul mates' and then click the 'Search'-button. The criteria you fill in here will be saved (and update with new profiles) for your convenience. My story. I like to send my story. How will this be handled? Your information will be handled with the greatest care by one of our editors. We will never publish your personal data and private correspondence without your prior, written consent. Lady's profile. Are the ladies (profiles) real, recent, relevant? Yes, they are. HDRM.com doesn't depend on selling fake addresses. We depend on a vivid and stimulating correspondence between men and women. We have an active policy in keeping the data up to date: 1) We frequently contact a lady. Without her reply we remove her profile. 2.) Frequently new ladies enlist, since we promote our services in media in Russia/Ukraine/Belarus 3.) The information in the ladies profile gives you some insight in her mind set. Password. Forgot password? When you have forgot your password, you can request for it by clicking the hyperlink at the homepage. When you have a current subscription, we'll send your password to the email address that is in our database. Privacy. Is my privacy secured, when I publish my profile? You privacy is absolutely guaranteed at HDRM.com. We never publish any personal information which might direct to you. Your family name, address, email and telephone number are all safe and secured on our server. When you send an email your mail address is kept secret, this way you can send emails over our server anonymous, as long as you like. We don't hand out any information of male customers to third parties (see our privacy policy). Promotion. Is a special benefit from an agency. For more deails about a promotion/benefit click 'benefits'. Response. How do I receive (more) response? You receive (more) response from ladies when they like you(r profile). Make sure your profile is published WITH some good photos. Response interval. The time you have to wait before you receive response on your e-mail differs from two days till two weeks - depending on the lady and the delivery of your message to her. Search. How do I search ladies at HDRM.com? Select 'Soul mates' in the navigation menu. Next fill in your specific criteria, to find your soul mate. The result of your search is shown in the banner. Click on a photo to select the profile of the lady. She's mine. How does "She's mine" guarantee she's exclusive for me? 'She's mine' means you are the only one person who will have contact with the lady over our server. We will not inform her about this (and we advise you not to inform her either). The great advantage is: when your interests coincide, she can only FOCUS on you. And here the old expression goes: 'You never get a second chance for a first impression'. 'She's mine' is an excellent tool for an efficient introduction, it doesn't guarantee happiness. Scam/scum. I've received a questionable message, what should I do? HDRM.com advocates honest and sincere interpersonal introductions and communications. Inform us at customerservice@hdrm.com when you've received a message, you think is questionable. In case of a "lady" we will demand further identification of her (copy of her passport). In case of a company we will try to persuade them to help fulfil the interests of our customers. If we cannot settle a dispute, the violating party will be banned from our system. Spam. What can I do against a non personalized message from a commercial source? We've build in protections, but if spam, ghost writing or fake letters reach you, ignore it and/or inform us custormerservice@hdrm.com. This kind of non information is a violation of our business policy and we will take appropriate (legal) action. Secure Socket Layer (SSL). How safe is my financial transaction? The financial transaction you make is safe. HDRM.com works with Pay Pal.com an Ebay-company. Stalking. What can I do against stalking? When someone stalks you over our server, send an email to customerservice@hdrm.com. Write in the subject line: "Block F-(her number) to M-(your number). Stories. Can I select a story from the archive or without subscribing? Yes, you can. Click on the 'order this article' hyperlink at the intro page of the story you like to select. We add the story to your shopping cart. And you can order it for EUR 3,90 per story. Immediate print out the story you've ordered. Subscription (content). What's included in a subscription? The subscription includes FREE (e)mail access to ladies in our database, access to the monthly E-zine, access to the available customer benefits. Subscription (procedure). How do I subscribe? To subscribe you click on the 'Subscribe now'-button/hyperlink. On the subscribe page you find the hyperlink to the Terms & Conditions. By clicking a subscription-button or banner you're bound by the terms of service. Next you will be invited to fulfil the transaction process, powered by PayPal.com. First you have to open a Pay Pal account and after your data is validated, you'll have instant access to HDRM.com. Survey. What is the method of the Agency Survey? Subscribers of HDRM.com are invited to fill in a questionnaire with 14 easy questions per agency. Each subscriber can respond one time per agency. The number of agencies to respond on is not limited. The items in the questionnaire are collected into four categories in the Survey Results, at the agencies profile. Here we separate the perception of agencies clients and non-clients. The ratings show the average score per category. Aggregate data might be used for editorial reasons. Visitors. I'm a visitor and found a great lady at HDRM.com, how do I contact her? The only way to get in contact with ladies, who have (exclusively) published their information is to subscribe. Keep in mind the moment the lady published her information. Newest profiles are first presented to subscribers with an annual subscription (see the matrix at the subscribe now/three special subscriptions page) Homepage?
